Have you ever wished you could carry Piglins around, store them safely, and trade with them anytime you want? The Pigin Minion add-on makes that dream real! This fun and multiplayer-friendly feature lets you capture Piglins, place them in a special cage, and trade with them just like in vanilla Minecraft—but with far more control and convenience.
Before you start, make sure mobGriefing is turned ON, or Piglin bartering will not work correctly.

Pigin Minion is a creative add-on that allows players to trap Piglins using a craftable Empty Cage, transforming wild Piglins into portable, collectible “minions” you can use for flexible bartering later. Whether you’re gathering ender pearls, fire resistance, or rare loot, this system makes Piglin trading smoother and more controlled—perfect for survival bases or large SMP servers.
And yes—it works perfectly in multiplayer! Each player can capture their own Piglins, place them in cages, and trade independently without interfering with others.
🛠️🐗 How It Works – Simple Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Craft an Empty Cage 🪤
Start by crafting your very own Empty Cage. It’s lightweight, reusable, and essential for catching Piglins.
2️⃣ Approach a Piglin 🐷
Find any Piglin in the Nether—regular Piglins, not Brutes.
3️⃣ Capture It 🎯
Right-click, long-press, or use the eat button to capture. The Empty Cage instantly turns into a Captured Piglin item!
4️⃣ Place the Cage Block ⛓️
Put the captured item on the ground to create a Piglin Cage Block.
5️⃣ Trade Anytime 💰
Hold a Gold Ingot and interact with the cage. The Piglin will trade with you just like in vanilla, dropping random goodies such as ender pearls, fire charges, leather, and more! 🎁✨
